How to change the passage of time in Oblivion
If Oblivion's time is passing too fast for your taste, you can change it!
(1) Press '~' in your keyboard. That will open the console mode.
(2) Type 'set timescale to '. The default number is '30'. '1' is real time. For example, if you want time to move half as fast as the default, type 'set timescale to 15'.
(3) Close the console model by pressing '~'.

Try Player.set
Yeah... Whatever you do. Don't put '0'. It messed my daytime thing up. Was planning on it being constant night but it messed up.
